Our silica matting powder is now available separately from the silicone painting kit. The matting powder can be used in the matting process for silicone dolls and also on finished dolls if needed. It is available in 30gm or 15 gm. size.
The silicone matting powder can be used to matte silicone after painting or to powder your completed dolls. This matting powder works well for powdering dolls but it does not have the slippery feel. I don't like that feeling on my hands, and it seems to stay on my hands after handling the doll. In my experience, it doesn't seem to hang in the air as much.
